Ailey had her second birthday on Saturday. We celebrated with some family. My parents gave Ailey a tickle me Elmo. She loved it.. But sometimes she gets scared. But she loves to tell me to tickle his tummy. She loved her birthday cake. I believe that my child is in love with Elmo. The other day I was feeding her some food for lunch, and after she was done I told her she could have a cookie. But she had to share with Elmo. She has this little Elmo from her cake. While I was getting the cookie.. she looked at Elmo and said want a cookie Elmo. Bite?.. I just started to laugh. Kids sure make life hard... but they sure make it tons more enjoyable. It's crazy that she is 2 ... and some days I want another one. But remind myself that I want to enjoy this time with her, and better our life so we can have another one so I can stay home with them. Plus I also thinks it's God's time too...
Josh and I celebrated our Anniversary this year by going to where we celebrated our Honeymoon. This place is in Midway, Inn on the Creek. I loved it. The bed was so comfy.. and it was nice not having to wake up at the crack of dawn to a child poking me or screaming MOMMY!!! This was our first overnighter without her. It was sad... but well worth it. I don't remember the last time that Josh and I were together for that long.. and was able to talk about our future. It was nice to reflect on things and to sit down and have a nice dinner without getting frustrated... And the best food on your clothes.. This happens to me still.
Thanks to my family for coming out and enjoying some cake and ice cream.

But I want to thank you for keeping the faith, working hard, making me happy, loving me, laughing with me, giving me a shoulder to cry on, watching multiple chick flicks, listening to my crazy ideas, sorry if I nag to much ( I am working on it) , remembering I am not perfect. I love you so much more now then I could ever think possible. Thank you for showing me true love!! Your an amazing Husband, Father, Son-in-Law ( sometimes I think my parents would take you over me... -He Did It-

So.. I should have posted about this a week ago. But I have been working more this week then usual and we have been extremely busy. I know this picture is old.. but he is so so hot!!!( I love this picture) .
This handsome guy received and e-mail last week saying that he was accepted into the Respiratory Therapy Program for Spring 2009. I was doing my hair and getting ready for work when I heard josh start jumping up and down and being really loud. He said Jenna I did it.. I was accepted.. and started to say whatever josh you are suppose to find out in a letter this next week.. but he said fine then you read it. My eyes started to fill up with tears. I was so excited for him, but also so nervous for us .... Our lives are going to change so much ... Going back to work full-time worries me. I have been home mostly with Ailey for 2 years. I have worked part-time. Will my income be enough to support us? I start to question how we going to do it.. then I tell myself.. this is what our family needs.... Josh has been in school most of the time we have been married. We have always lived a little tight.. and living with out. What makes another year and a half. I worry so much about everything that sometimes I feel really sick. I think about the little things that you buy that add up... like cleaning supplies.. and toilet paper, and soap. I have decided that I am going to buy things that are expensive that i can prevent while we are so poor. I am excited for josh and his hard work. He is a great husband and father.. He seems to always make it work. He has always worked full-time and full-time school.. and when we had Ailey he still helped me with her and did homework and school. He is amazing..and I truly believe he deserves this!!! Congrats babe I love you!!!

- Say Cheese-

So I haven't posted lately but we have been busy. A couple of weeks ago we went up to Josh's Family Reunion in Idaho. It was fun!! We played a new game called Laso golf. Well it was new to us.. and it is very addicting. The girls end up winning almost every game but the championship game. I think the boys rigged it. HE HE... I have to blame something.
We have been eating corn, tomatoes, beets, squash, peppers, and onions out of the garden. I love this time of year.
Josh received a call a week ago for an interview for the program. And he had is interview yesterday. He had to give a presentation and speak in front of the board and 16 other students . We will find out on Sept 7Th if josh makes it. We sure hope so...
Ailey is growing up so fast.. I am going to start potty training this week. She is telling us when she is going to poo.. and pee.. But I hope that I can get her to understand the toilet.. and sure hope we can make it work.. any ideas on potty training out there. please post some... Or some good potty training toilets that are not too nasty to clean. I love my Clorox...
Josh starts school this week.. it's bumming.. because we go back to no time for anything.. and Ailey and I spending lots more time together.
This next month will be a crazy busy month.. We have 2 birthday party's to attend in Josh's family.. and then I need to plan Ailey's birthday... and we will be celebrating our 4 yr. anniversary... yeah...

She is changing so much, and starting to turn into a little girl.. with a amazing personality. She is going to make a great sister ( SOMEDAY)... I am very blessed to have an amazing husband and blessed to have a beautiful family.. full of experiences that will shape the rest of my life. She is so so so so cute..

New Haircut
e
So I cut more of my hair off.. and went shorter.. scary.. but I love it.. I don't care if it doesn't do me justice. I love how I don't get hot really fast.
I finally had to buy a product from the store that would take control of Ailey's curls. They are starting to go into ringlets in back. while it's freezy on top. Here is some pictures of when her hair is under control.. and when not.
Josh has applied to the Respiratory Therapy Program for spring.. and we are waiting for an answer. We hope and pray that he gets in.
and I am 300 pages into Breaking Dawn...
