What a week............

This week has been a tough week for josh and I. It started with are basement leaking water so josh had to clean carpets and our downstairs.

Then Saturday night we headed to my parents house to spend the night. But ended up having a gall bladder attack. ( In which I thought it was.) So after 4 hours of pain. I told josh that I couldn't take it anymore. So we headed over to the Jordan Valley Emergency room. The doctor came and asked me a few questions and said I don't' think it's your gall bladder. I believe you have a raw stomach. So how about we try giving you some Prilosec over the counter and see how that works. Then he said but lets do blood work just to make sure. So they took my blood and I did a urine sample. They came in about 10 minutes later and said there is something wrong your blood work is all jacked up.. and you have infection somewhere. So we have an on call radiology tech coming in. So after another 20 min waiting she came and got me and did the ultra sound. I was wheeled back into the emergency room. The doc came in and said it looks like we are going to have to admit you into the hospital. You are going to have your gall bladder out today. Yikes. I was right.. I knew it was my gall bladder. I was admitted into the hospital around 6:00 a.m. and was in the surgery room around 10:00 a.m. After the surgery they said that everything looked good. But they could tell that I have had gall bladder attacks for sometime. My gall bladder was really yellow. And when they opened up the ducks to the gall bladder they found green gunk. And I bet no one really wants to know this but the doc said that I probably started to pass it. Sick huh.. Oh and my ducks are not suppose to be that big. they are only suppose to be a straw size..

I am glad that I am going to be pain free. I have lived with this ever since I had my daughter 2 years ago. And I am happy that they didn't give me time to reconsider. And I am very happy for pain medications. YEAH!!!!
