Happy Father's Day Josh... I am so grateful for you... You are an amazing father to Ailey.. I love watching you interact with her. She loves you!! She is for sure a daddy's girl..

OK- so yesterday I worked for 4 hours and came home and picked ailey up. Grabbed her diaper bag out of the car and her and my purse and locked everything up and went inside. Ailey was napping or I would have gone to the store like I wanted too.. But about 3 hours later I go out to the car... and went to start it and it wouldn't start. I must have let the lights on.. Why would I have the light on.. couldn't tell ya.. I decided I would wait until josh got home so he could jump me. Well we went out to see if we could get it jumped around 7:30 almost 8:00... And it wouldn't jump.. So we had to go get a new battery.... Well josh left around 8:20 and didn't see him until 9:30....$90 later for a battery......What the heck??? I was thinking it was going to be $40..... so here we are trying to fix the battery with a cell phone light.. It was comical. We lost a screw in the process and now we have to find something at the store that is going to work. so the care is running but not completely fixed.. Hope we can get that accomplished tonight.

Tonight we had for dinner Ham Fried Rice.... It's yummy .....


Ingredients:
5 slices of ham
3 eggs
3 c. of rice
soy sauce
1/2 of onion
1/2 pkg. Bacon

Start off by cooking the eggs up.. by scrambling it. Then have the 1/2 pkg.. of bacon cooking. After the bacon is cooked ( I liked mine crispy) then cut it up in smaller pieces ... Leave a little about 3 tablespoons of grease in the pan, throw in the onion( sliced fine) and ham sliced up in tiny pieces. Have is cook until the onion has on really light in color. Then cook your rice... throw everything together in a pan... I used the same pan of the onion and ham.. Then mix it good.. then add enough soy sauce to turn it a brown.. Then you can add more for taste later.. But its good.. and inexpensive..

Update on Us....

Lets see: Let's start with Ailey Mckell: She is growing up into a little girl.. and it's sad I miss her as a baby. She is now understanding so much. She says josh, monkey, mommy, daddy, brady, Ailey, nana for banana, bear, down, sorry, please, no, shoes, ..... much moore but cannot remember everything. She gives loves and hugs, dances to any music by mouth or on radio... She loves shoes and feeling pretty. She is going to be 20 months on June 20th. she is now enjoying nursery most of the time.

Joshua: He found a new job that will be less travel time and more money. YEAH!! He is still waiting for someone to drop out of the program so he can get in.. If not he has classes for this fall to take. He keeps busy with planting our garden and tree in the back yard. He is a hard worker.. I need to post pictures of the yard...

Jenna: I am still selling jewelry and working part time.. With the full-time mom. Josh says this is geeky but I made associate of the month.. which I get money for YEAH... it's only 25.. but that is 25 i didn't have to work for... RIGHT~ And right now I have a thing for this song.. You're not alone by Meredith Andrews. I LOVE IT...... I love her CD.. I want to buy it....I am excited for summer and camping.. and spending time with family... and fireworks.. YEAH for summer...

Hoogle Zoo

Let's just say Ailey loved playing at the Zoo... She loves running around so I guess our next purchase will be a strap backpack to hold on to her. Ailey's been changing and growing up so fast.. Her new words this week are: Monkey, Froggie, Doggie, Naughty....Let's say naughty is used many times per day... Ailey had fun on there train ride... she just sat there looking at everything. It's hard going to the Zoo.. after going to the San Diego Zoo.. that place is nuts...

Nothing much with us.. I need to post pictures of our back yard.. and how we are changing it up... Oh... and the hair cut... I haven't posted any cute pictures of the hair cut.. But I did it.. I chopped it off.. and now I am blonder.... YEAH......

Ok- I know these pictures look creepy but.... I thought I would do a photo shot of myself being myself. And how I see myself..... Here is a few facts about myself... I went nuttier after having a kid. Here is some pictures of Ailey's first Boo Boo...:( So.. sad... )

1. I LOVE chocolate peanut butter ice cream... only at Farr's.
2. I LOVE watching and playing basketball...
3. I LOVE the feeling after learning something powerful....
4. I LOVE movies that are romantic... they help me have a better marriage.... ( it's weird but it does.)...... I can truly justify this...
5. I LOVE being a mother... It's changeling but..... when she says Mommy.. I melt.
6. I LOVE helping others...
7. I LOVE when Josh comes home after a long day. It's fun to see Ailey get excited to see him.

9. I LOVE teaching the primary.... It's amazing what they know at 5 and 6. ( One week in class Josh and I covered a picture of John the Baptist. And if the kids answered a questions right they would pull a piece of the puzzle of the picture. The first girl pulled off a piece. And we asked if she knew what the picture was? She said it's John the Baptist dancing in water with Jesus.) They sure are cute!!!! And you don't think they understand.
10. I LOVE spending my days at home with Ailey. I feel like a better mom...
11. I LOVE reading inspirational books. It gives me strength... and desires to change...
12. I LOVE when I feel hot in a out fit.
13. I LOVE music.... I could listen to music every minute of the day... I like everything!!!
14. I LOVE learning ....... information on church and school work.
15. I LOVE talking to people, on the phone, with friends and family....
16. I LOVE eating.....everything... chocolate...

So.... question is would I be cute with short hair... I want my hair short.. and way blonder with some brown.. I want it to be different.. I have always wanted short hair... But would I look fatter???

So.... It's been a while since I have blogged... I am going to try to get better with this. Well.... I know I mentioned that josh applied for the Weber State Respiratory Program. About a couple weeks ago we go a denial letter saying that he didn't make it. But this year I decided that i was going to sit down and watch conference faithfully, instead of reading most of the talks instead. Well that morning during the session on Sunday. Josh's phone goes off.. I said I don't recognize the phone number... He says just answer it. I did and it was the Academic adviser over the program. He said he couldn't wait to call and tell us but the program had made a mistake they would like to interview me for the program this week. So josh had an interview and by Saturday that week we found out that he will be the alternate for the program this year. Alternate- is if someone will drop out of the program. So that means we can find out up to weeks or 3 days before the program starts.. YIKES!!! So are going to start acting like he is getting in.. we are paying off everything so that we are going to just have a mortgage. YEAH!!! So pray with us.. we are praying for someone to drop out.. He.. He... is that something bad to pray for??? If so I have already sorry.. dang it!!
