What a week............

This week has been a tough week for josh and I. It started with are basement leaking water so josh had to clean carpets and our downstairs.

Then Saturday night we headed to my parents house to spend the night. But ended up having a gall bladder attack. ( In which I thought it was.) So after 4 hours of pain. I told josh that I couldn't take it anymore. So we headed over to the Jordan Valley Emergency room. The doctor came and asked me a few questions and said I don't' think it's your gall bladder. I believe you have a raw stomach. So how about we try giving you some Prilosec over the counter and see how that works. Then he said but lets do blood work just to make sure. So they took my blood and I did a urine sample. They came in about 10 minutes later and said there is something wrong your blood work is all jacked up.. and you have infection somewhere. So we have an on call radiology tech coming in. So after another 20 min waiting she came and got me and did the ultra sound. I was wheeled back into the emergency room. The doc came in and said it looks like we are going to have to admit you into the hospital. You are going to have your gall bladder out today. Yikes. I was right.. I knew it was my gall bladder. I was admitted into the hospital around 6:00 a.m. and was in the surgery room around 10:00 a.m. After the surgery they said that everything looked good. But they could tell that I have had gall bladder attacks for sometime. My gall bladder was really yellow. And when they opened up the ducks to the gall bladder they found green gunk. And I bet no one really wants to know this but the doc said that I probably started to pass it. Sick huh.. Oh and my ducks are not suppose to be that big. they are only suppose to be a straw size..

I am glad that I am going to be pain free. I have lived with this ever since I had my daughter 2 years ago. And I am happy that they didn't give me time to reconsider. And I am very happy for pain medications. YEAH!!!!

Feeling Overwhelmed

So this month seems like it has come and gone. We have been keeping busy with Josh starting the program and enjoying the stay at home dad roll. I am now working full-time and trying to make ends meet with the hours I get in the pharmacy. I wish and pray for a job or stability will come my way. And for a job for josh too.. That is not much to ask for right?? I just cannot wait for spring to get here.. I have decided that cold and snowy weather is making me drag.

These are a few pictures of Ailey and my stud of a husband.

Oh and a special Happy Birthday to Alicia Hodges. I sure hope you have a good day. And I am so happy we are still friends. Josh and I enjoy spending time with you guys. And you are a great person. Oh and you are a great mother. Which I always knew you would be. ( even if you didn't want kids back in the day). I love you very much and will always think of you as a sister.

Love you and Happy Birthday!!!

-Christmas Eve-

Christmas Eve was spent with Josh's dad and sister. We enjoyed the stew he made and the time spent with them. I enjoyed playing scene it with them. I am grateful for family and the memories we are able to create. Ailey loves her cousins. Another memorable Christmas.

Christmas 2008

This year was so much fun. Josh didn't have the flu. Which is a blessing. But Christmas was so exciting this year. I was excited to see ailey's reaction this year. Christmas has truly changed for me. I am grateful for my family, they mean the world to me. And am so happy this year that we did the angel tree. I really hope that the 3 year old boy that we choose was happy Christmas morning. Merry Christmas....

P.s. Daughter is not for sale.. even though she has a price tag of $9.99.

I suprised Josh.... with birthday love.

So with paying for school and getting things ready for josh to quit his job I didn't have much money to spend on him. But I did get him a few things and acted like I didn't do anything for his birthday. So I planned this birthday walk to our room full of balloons and a few gifts.

P.S. Steven I did give josh your special birthday wish.
